In 2017, a study was carried out, and the result showed that Finland (also known as “the land of thousand lakes”) is the eighth-most expensive country in Europe. It is relatively a very safe place with low crime rates. The official languages in Finland include; Finnish and Swedish; however, there are other languages which have been given a “users’ right” by the law. The people in Finland love nature and they see it as a prominent means of happiness. Some of their native delicious foods include; Salmon soup (Lohikeitto), Rye bread (Ruisleipa), Salty licorice (Salmiakki), etc. Some interesting places you should definitely visit when you are in Finland include; Helsinki Sightseeing Cruises, Real Santa Claus in Rovaniemi, etc. You could also do a light shopping at Kauppahalli market; the market mall is something you should look out for.
