Robbie returned to the TV Week Logie Awards the following year, walking the carpet at Melbourne’s Crown Casino in something that suggested she had been reading her reviews. The 2010 outfit was a two-piece gown with a subtle peplum waist, silver off-the-shoulder detailing and a long white skirt, designed by Juli Grbac, who had won the first season of “Project Runway Australia.”
Her hair went into an updo with a few curled pieces left loose to frame her face. It was a far more polished proposition than the previous year’s high-low skirt, and it followed the era’s rules rather than fighting them. It also kept her working with homegrown talent at a point when she was still known mainly to Australian television audiences.
